Dear Sir,
We are a group of senior citizens of Pakistan with families intend to visit Neelum Valley in the mid-August 2014 (after Ramazan.) Our group will consist of 40-50 persons (including male and female members). We wish to avail (1) 4-days 3-Nights tour package; or (2) 5-days 4-nights package.
Please keep in mind that we need a reasonable and economical package sharing 4 persons a room basis or even 3-couples in a room basis. Therefore, we need urgently the following information to enable us to decide and circulate to our members:
1. What will be the total cost of transportation including all charges like fuels and toll charges etc.
2. What will be hotel/guest house/rest house city wise charges and total thereof as room share basis.
3. What will be approximate reasonable cost of each breakfast; lunch; and dinner.
4. Can we arrange our own transport like coaster saloon, if possible.
Hope to receive all the above information as early as possible.
